Badger Plug, the Greenville, WI-based producer of roll protection and suspension solutions, is excited to announce an addition to its executive team who will lead the company’s sales efforts. Troy Hoehne recently joined Badger Plug as Vice President of Sales.

With nearly 30 years in the film converting industry, Hoehne has an extensive career in manufacturing sales and leadership, serving in several roles including mechanical designer, Spare Parts Sales Manager, and Director of Intermittent Motion Machine Sales.

Hoehne has an Associate in Applied Science, Mechanical Design from Fox Valley Technical College and received certification from the Center for Exceptional Leadership at St. Norbert College and the American Management Association.

These strategic leadership skills will be integral to Badger Plug’s mission to support its existing customer base, increase new business, and grow as a company.

A Wisconsin native, Hoehne lives on Lake Winnebago with his wife and enjoys spending time with his three adult children – all of whom reside in the Midwest. An avid sports enthusiast, Hoehne loves playing softball, golf, and pick-up basketball games, and has traveled extensively throughout the US and Europe.
